When you donate, you agree to the following (as well as the rest of our terms):We are not selling you any products, in-game items, in-game money, etc. Instead, you are choosing to receive a gift from us for your donation. Please know that if you are accepting features as gifts, it may break with updates. However, we may choose to replace the gift with another feature or in-game items if the feature cannot be updated. Please know that we cannot guarantee the replacement of a feature. We also reserve the right to edit any feature gift packages if we see it is being abused or a feature has broken. By donating money, you are not exempt from the rules set in-game or on the website (and its content). Because you are donating money, it cannot be refunded. Reasons for refunds include, but are not limited to quitting the use of our server, getting banned, not favoring the gift, or not receiving your gift. If you are missing your gift, please see the next section. If you attempt to retrieve your donation after it has been sent, we will ban and remove all information related to your account from our servers. If for any reason your donation gift is lost or missing, you may contact our staff if you have opaque proof of your donation. Proof includes forwarding a receipt from PayPal, or sending a screenshot of the receipt. You are responsible for keeping a copy of the receipt. If we feel that your proof of donation is legitimate, we will contact you to assure that you get your gift. You’re donating knowing and accepting you have full permission of the card holder, and you bear full responsibility for any issues raised in the donation process.
